Best of luck to you tomorrow!  Just think pretty soon you won't need to pack your cpap for anything.  Maybe you could make some extra money by selling it on EBAY

I am so glad I didn't have to do a pre op diet.  By the time I had surgery I couldn't diet one more hour if my life depended on it.  And it did.  If I had the ability to stick with a diet one day I wouldn't have had WLS.  I was done.  I still think it is cruel and unusual punishment to make people stop eating before they let them have WLS.
Have you stopped using caffiene?  That may be where the headache came from.  I would always get terrible headaches when I didn't have my coffee for a while.

Hang in there. The pre-surgery diet is awful, but you'll be glad you lost this weight pre-surgery.  It's less to worry about later.  I still get hungry after surgery, but it's not the same.  Now my hunger is not as driving.
