I had meetings this morning, went to Curves then drove Chili. I hadn't been to Curves in a while since my knee had been so bad. Everyone was amazed at how skinny I have gotten and I got lots of "your done, aren't you?" and "don't lose anymore". I was in the good body fat range, only .2 away from excellant and 23 BMI. Woo Hoo.

Today was kinda a strange day - got all my protein in, but also had lots of carbs (mainly milk, and whole grain pasta).
