Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

DD went to see her Dr. yesterday and so far my new grandson is growing just as he should be.  She is on bedrest until she stops bleeding.  Her DH is working from home today and I'm not sure what we are going to do the next few days.  I don't have any more time off.  We will probably just try to find someone to watch their 3 yr. old.  I'm thinking she will be OK on her own and I can get to her in 15 minutes if she calls me.

Thanks Linda!  We are excited about another boy...it will be great for Houston to have a brother. With Jen working evenings and her DH working daylight it will be alot easier on him when they get older.  If he had to do dance class etc. he would, but taking two boys to the gym will be a lot less stress for him.  He is such a good Dad and so excited about having another son.  The one they lost was a boy too.  He did say they might just have to try again so Jen can get her girl but I'm not sure she will want to go through this again.

Good Menu Linda!

I don't have much trouble sticking to my menus during the week because I pack my lunch but on the weekends we are always running and never have a plan.  I just try to make the best choices I can.

How's your scales holding?  I bounce between 3 pounds every day.  Yesterday I was at my low and today I'm in the middle.  I worry constantly that it will start bouncing up to the next 3.

I bounce around between 128 - 130.  I was up to 130 this weekend, but it was because of all the junk I ate and not as much liquids - no exercise except chasing grandbabies!!

I worry so much about bounce back.  I weigh everyday and really try to watch it.  When I was exercising every day I actually did gain a little, but I guess that is muscle.

I do great at work, it is when I get home and am sitting in front of the TV!!!

We are going to Savannah Thursday for our fall trip with my sister and her husband.  I'm so excited and can't wait.  We always have a great time together.   I know I'm going to have some seafood.  They have the best sweet shops on River Street...

Do they have any idea how long she will have to stay in the bed?  DD had to do it for about a week and a half before they put her in the hospital, but she was 30+ weeks along.  That's great that they can work the different shifts and one can be at home.

I would eat before class, maybe have a small snack during the break and a protein drink on the way home.  Would that work?
