Hi Mari, I remember you too!
I am in a similar boat as you, I too am 5'7", I wanted to maintain at about 150-155, but I recently saw the scale creeping up all the way to 164. I am working on getting it back down too, I've gone down 3 lbs. I have the hardest time in the evenings and weekends especially. But I have increased my protein, water and exercise and it is starting to work s-l-o-w-l-y.... and it will for you to if you WANT it bad enough.
If you are having trouble cutting down on drinking, I hope you do seek help. The thing I notice when I have a few drinks is that I have less control over myself, which may lead me to eat something more then I should like bread, or sweets, etc.

Hi Mara.....glad to see you again too. Good for you for getting back on the straight and you are giving me encouragement that there are others and they are doing something about it. Please go read what I wrote to Linda above. You are right, it does really break down my resistence. I'm look forward to chatting more too.
