Eliza, I would get frustrated but it's just the way it is...men lose faster than women and we also tend to hang on to any extra.

I am between 143 - 145.  I stayed at 143 for a few days but I am low on fluids the last 4 days and constipated so I am not worried.  I will come back down... Determined to hit 140 but end of month.

Not terribly surprised as I was on vacation and eating out which is unusual for me.  Made protein the priority but also had crackers and more carbs than usual as well as a protein bar each day.  Some of this is probably water as this seems to happen every month or so.....

Hopefully next week I will be in the negative.....

Used the gym on vacation too to no avail.

Got in touch with Vitalady.  She recommended I up the protein shakes before I see about Creon.  I'm going to try that and see what happens.  At least it has slowed down somewhat.
