MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - protein coffee (30g), bacon and scrambled egg with sausage
L - chili w/Scoops
S - protein shake (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries

Hi Roz & Everyone!

I had kinda a lazy day today, but all is well. I was down 1.5# this past week so was happy about that. I also took my measurements, and they are down, but I haven't had a chance to compare them.

B: Smoothie with frozen berries, carbmaster yogurt, Jay Robb protein powder & skim milk
L: One slice 100% whole wheat toast (net carbs 5 on this brand) with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
D: 1/2 cup ham and beans
S: 1 cup skim milk

Just got home and unloaded the must unload (like the ponies) from the camping trip.  I drove both ponies this morning then loaded and closed up the camping part of the trailer, and loaded all the horse stuff, carriages and ponies, then unloaded when I got home.  Lots of walking and lifting and toting.
