New to lightweights
Welcome to the LW forum. I love my RNY and have had no complications at all. Just follow your groups plan, weigh or measure your food and give yourself time to heal. Warm drinks were much easier for me than cold. Stay hydrated, the rest will come. I spent many nights or at least part of the night in the recliner. Once I did make it to my bed, I used lots of pillows to support me everywhere. And hang on, it's a wild ride.
