MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - a protein coffee (30g) and Fage yogurt with blueberries
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g) and chili
S - peanut butter and SF jelly sandwich on multi grain deli flat
D - bratwurst, fresh tomatoes w/mayo and a little slice of some awesome spinach w/feta bread from the farmer's market
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

Hi Roz,
I'm so glad it is Friday!!  My parents are coming today.  DGD#1 is spending the night tonight and DGD#2 is coming to stay tomorrow night.  Play day tomorrow with the great grandparents!!  I hope I will have a chance to check in some this weekend.

Here is what I have planned so far.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Corned Beef Hash (made with squash instead of potatoes-pretty good), egg
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Not sure if we are going out or if we are eating left overs
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning Done
Water/Fluids:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None today

D - 1 macadamia nut encrusted chicken breast (yumm) and part of a sweet potatoe only problem was the restaurant fried it.. next time I'll ask them to bake it.  I did ask the waitress but she didn't know...
