OT - iPhone Question

Ok, I've tried and tried to figure this out but can't, so I'll ask here and see if anyone knows.

I got an iPhone, I'm technically challenged.  I can post on Facebook from it, but cannot figure out how to reply to a post on OH with it.

Any ideas???

That's interesting. I've never tried to reply. I can read them though. I have a Android phone.

Click Post Reply not quick reply. Select your format /text editor = text above the white box you type your reply in. You won't have access to html formatting w the fancy smilies but you can do simple faces with the text instructions to the right. You might have to pinch the screen to resize the view so you can see everything. I know Diana told me how to do this a long time ago -- look back in my posts if you have trouble!! Good luck!!!

I do love it.  I'm just not very smart with it!!  I'm sure it will do so much more than I am capable of....

Linda, as was mentioned, you have to chose text editor not html editor to post. Also, I found out you can read any personal messages but it is not possible to reply to them from an iPhone/iPad. Replying calls for a standard laptop/desktop.

No worries, Linda--we've all been there! If you can post on Facebook, you should be able to reply on OH too. Try checking if the site has a mobile-friendly version or an app. If not, switching your browser to "desktop mode" might help. Also, make sure you're logged in, as some forums require that before allowing replies.
