Good luck with the Auditor, Roz.  Ours is coming the 28th of this month.  I've emailed him everything he needed before he comes....

Here's the plan for today.  My plans have not been working out so well at night!!  Gotta stop that snacking.

Hello!  Today's my Friday but have been super busy!  Tomorrow vaca day and my friend and I are taking our 4 yr olds to the zoo!!  can't wait.  If you look on my profile photos, I have a pre-surgery photo walking next to a pony with my daughter, and a 1 yr after surgery photo taken the same way... well, we will be taking a 2 yr photo walking with my daughter and pony tomorrow!!

L: peanut butter and strawberry jam on whole wheat sandwich thin, Cliff MoJo bar (too many cals and carbs, won't do that often!)

I may have a smart carb ice cream bar or glass of milk before I go to bed- haven't decided yet. So my totals will be a little higher.

about 1/2 of friemds  roast beef baguette  ( about 200   calories )

dinner -   homegrown romaine . white meat chicken breast /  sliced baked squash  salad  with  lowfat  omemade  hot peanut sauce
