miles 85 minutes/11 mile bike ride (damn it was hot).

plain fava beans  in spicy  broth -  about 2 bowlfuls  ( naughty  but they  were GREAT ) 

lunch -  shrimp cilantro salad  wrap ( 240 calories )  minusthe outside  ( thewrap )  so probably a bit less  .. a few bites of someone elses roast beef   baguette  ...

vitamin water  lemonade flavor  

neuroBLiss   coconut flavor  .. 36  calories  - that stuff is GOOD 

diner -  homegrown Romain salad   with drunken  chicken -  fatfree peanut dipping sauce andsalad dressing and homegrown bakedsquash 

one glass  redwine 

weighed myself thismorning -  still in the 126  - 125  range yay !!
