Hi Roz & LW's!

I have a short week AND a long weekend coming up!  Had to take a vaca day Fri b/c daycare is closed.... twist my arm!

I have to be SUPER careful with bad carbs and snacking b/c my 20th HS reunion is coming up 9/17, and I have a very fitted outfit and do not want to feel like I have a muffin top or feel doughy!  So, I am going to try real hard to stay out of my kitchen at night!

I have been in class most of day, and have not been running around as usual. It is cold and rainy here too.

B: scrambled egg, with cheddar cheese & ham

D: not sure yet - not really hungry

It's been cool here too.  I wi**** would stay but I know the heat is coming back.  Spent the morning in a meeting about all the changes that are coming.  Yuck.  then cleaned and started packing the trailer for my camping trip tomorrow.  I am so looking forward to a weekend with the ponies.  Protein packed, soup made and in the freezer, meat in the freezer to take, I think I am ready.
