Ok, I'm trying something new today.  I had been eating 3 meals a day and one protein snack at night, which has been fine except my weight is still coming off and I don't want it to.  So today I have been trying to eat every 2 or 3 hours.  It's hard because I'm not really hungry but I guess I need more calories then I have been getting and since I can't eat a lot I need to eat more often.
So, I'm not going to label things breakfast, lunch and dinner, I'm just going to put down what I eat.  
Protein coffee
Half a whole grain, gluten free bagel with cream cheese
Sauteed mushrooms, ricotta bake
Mini quiches made with eggs, mozarella cheese and cottage cheese
Double protein drink
Bacon wrapped filet, mashed potatos or quinoa brocolli casserole (I'm not sure I have any left)
Protein shake
Cashew butter
I may also have a Think Thin bar if I can figure out a way to fit it in, maybe before bed
That seems like an awful lot of food but it may be the way I have to eat for a while until things are more stable.  I have also added some more whole grains for some extra carbs.  BTW, I tried UDI's gluton free bagels and they were delicious.  I was afraid they would taste like cardboard but they really are tasty.

Hi!

We have been out of town most of weekend. Tomorrow is my 2 month surgiversary, and I am down 41.6# from my highest and 28.5 since surgery date! I am so happy!!!
I am 1/2 way to my goal!

B: Special K protein with blueberries
S: Smoothie - Jay robb vanilla protein powder, 8 oz milk, carbmaster yogurt & frozen berries
L: almonds
D: goulash - made with ground turkey/sirloin, tomatoes, 2% cheddar cheese & whole wheat pasta
S: isopure grape protein drink

Today's totals: Calories 1022; Carbs 75 (58 net - all from fruit/veggie/whole wheat)
Protein - 114

coffee  made with skimmilk not protein powder   egg whites   with  fat free cheese  and wholegrain  french toast   with splenda and maplesyrup 

lean pork in sugary bbq sauce made by husband with sugary baked beans   and  potatoes  ( can U say INSULIN DUMP  ?!!  )  NOT  my thing  ... 


dinner -  haf a  really nasty full fat diner chicken sandwich anda few french fries  

SO gladto get hometp REAL  FOOD
