We're getting the remains of Lee so it has been raining off and on all day.  We needed it and we aren't getting the floods that others are getting so it's ok.  Plus when I have rainy days, I get caught up on my paperwork.

Hi Gina,
Hope your brisket was just as good this time!!  It has been a busy weekend.  I need to try and catch up on posts from the last few days.  We got all our windows washed inside and out.  All curtains washed, ironed and rehung!!  My arms are sooo sore.  They could use a good workout though.

DH and I are volunteering with Hospice and I went DH this morning and met his person.  He was so sweet!!  I went to see my person this afternoon and he slept through the entire visit...

Here is what I've done today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  3 mild chicken wings, some sweet potato fries
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Taco salad(No taco shell), I used the low carb tortilla wraps instead, lite sour cream
      Couple of Nutter Butter cookies????
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  96 ozs
Miles:  None today

I think window washing counts as Miles. Nice Menu today.

The brisket came out great and the kids and the grand baby at it up.

Yea, too much stress today and definately had WAY TOO many carbs, so I decided today was going to be a bad day and I will start FRESH and new tomorrow
We all need a small break every now and again
