Long work day today. I forgot to take my vitamins with me. I just missed my noon dose. Ugh!

B: slim fast protein.
B: carbmastef yogurt with fiber one cereal
L: 2 oz chicken breast
D: leftover goulash. 1/2 cup
S: isopue protein drink
S: breyers smart carb almond bar

My totals are: calories 1035, carbs 49, protein 116
