I hope you all had a great weekend!!   We decided at the last moment to go with 2 of our DD's to an indoor waterpark on Sun/Mon.  I think I've aged a lot over the last couple of days chasing two 3 yr. olds around in the water!! They ran from slide to slide and it took all of us to keep an eye on them because it was so crowded.  There was NO healthy food offered!  I did the best I could on fried food!

5 day pouch test, a way to possibly shrink your pouch but mainly to go back to basics

The only reason I am doing liquids today, I had dental work done and my jaw is killing me :)

Will be back to solids tomorrow, in fact thinking some soft fish maybe tonight instead of a shake.

 Fried food is my friemd  ( NOT  !! )  lol    no seriously i wentto outback steakhouse   andwell .... I ate OTHER  than the 6 ounce 257 calorie  leanest special lol .....

the BOTTOM line is im LIVING  .... I STERTCHED ..I walked2 miles the next morning (  and THAT morning )  ....  the most important thing  is that  me cat loves me , my husband loves me ,  my landolord loves me , my fatherin law  loves me .....  and were finally geting our house ( I PRAY ) 


tomorrow determines whether the contracts get signed -  for 45 thousand dolars than originaly negotiated  ....
