Good Morning. Looks like rain

I think we're getting all the rain we missed in August this week. I like it! I hope to get more walking in even if I have to wear boots and a raincoat.

I'm drinking water this morning instead of protein coffee--I have to get labs done this morning and then will have support group tonight. Busy day.

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend and is ready for Fall. What's on you to-do list today?

Send some rain this way...PLEASE.

I'm meeting with my financial advisor to review investments, checking out Cato's sales racks, walking and going to granddaughter's volleyball game.

Hope you lab draw is quick and smooth.

Edited: checked my list. Going to health food store for protein powder....senior citizens discount day.

We got PLENTY of rain yesterday. And more on tap for today.

Dh has a doctor's appt with our pcp and has a laundry list of stuff to ask him about. He's also wearing his "bragging" clothes, LOL. Heck, I am too.

Then we meet up with a handyman at the house to find out what it is gonna cost for him to do all the chores beyond our skill or ability. Example, one of the lights outside, the motion sensor light, is burned out. Now while that is normally an easy job, this one is two stories up and both dh and I do not handle heights very well.

After that ,making a contribution to Goodwill and I am going to see if I can find some more jeans. I put on my new 4's the other day for the first time since I got them...and while they still fit, they are LOOSE!!! So I guess I head to an even smaller size. Jeese...I am going to run out of adult sizes soon.

I think we are still expecting more rain today.  That's ok, it will fill my pond back up.  I hope my friends in SC and east of here are getting some too.  They have been so much drier than we have been.

Eye Dr appt and a meeting with paperwork inbetween.  I have to take some of my client's entries to the fair checkin today.  Then I really have to look, once again, for a new bra.  I think this is my 3rd bra buying trip this year.  Not that I want to but the newest ones, I'm falling out the bottom of and they don't go any tighter.  Thought I might even try one of the Genies (Ah) that everyone is talking about but Walgreens only had M and I can imagine that will fit.  Maybe a sports bra.  Who knows.

Price,
I found the Vasserette Brand at Walmart for 11 bucks. Picked up a 34 C and it seems to fit very nicely, holds in the side boob too. Might be something you may want to look into... ( I got a push up LOL)

did go to walmart and tried on some vasserette but nothing fit very well.  Ended up with 2 sports bras that I don't love, but at least for around here or camping, they won't be irritating.  When I have more energy, I need to get measured and find something that not only won't drive me crazy but will also look nice.

Supposed to rain here too but off and on, We still need it and I am not saying anything against it.
I am starting back to the gym this week, I want to do a 5 k this Feb so I need to get ready for that.

DH left yesterday so we are on the count down there, waiting to still hear about my Heating and A/C.. and I have to head to the dentist in like 15 min.

Kids started school today so it is kinda bittersweet, miss them but want them gone too LOL...
Will order the pillows I need for the pool and get it closed this week too.

Busy, busy,busy

Have a great day everyone.

Hi Gina!

Cold here this morning - when I got up the thermometer said 41, but my computer said 34, then 37...

Yesterday was like a cool fall day.  Breezy, partly sunny and chilly.  Didn't hit 60...  Today is supposed to be a little better, getting up close to 70 (supposedly, we'll see).  We had some rain over the weekend, but can always use more.

Hope your lab draws go good and they don't drain you - lol.

I'm good, thanks. 18 vials. Headed back to work now. The vampire was smiling when I left.
