Took Chili to the Biltmore Estate to drive this morning, then had a carriage club meeting this evening. Haven't put my meals on the tracker but one little post looked lonely today so I thought I'd at least post what I ate.

Meals
decaf protein coffee 1.5scoop
wrap with cheese and turkey pepperoni
roast pork, squash casserole
lemon tea, 1.5 scoop
pot luck at the meeting, ham, deviled egg, butternut squash, a little end of bread with spinach/cheese dip, 1/4 brownie

totals, don't know?
Need another protein before bed but I'm still pretty full.

Hi Roz!!!  Yes, I'm still alive... been traveling and SO busy lately.  Got to visit with my daughter and grandbaby today - she's so darn cute!  Her 1st birthday is next week.  Going down for her birthday party next Saturday then flying back out to DC for week of LONG meetings.... On a high note - I MAY be able to go to Hawaii for work - some training or a project... I'm trying to combine both.

L - 4 blackened chicken wings (pretty greasy tho)

D - 1 1/2 pieces of pizza

B Double protein Caramelizer shake, decaf with sugar free hazelnut creamer
L leftover chicken, leftover steak, nut thins, almond butter
D BBQ chicken breast, potato salad, cucumbers and tomato slices, cantaloupe
S Think Thin chunky peanut butter protein bar, almond butter

I found that by adding 2 tablespoons of almond butter a day I can add 200 calories.  Hope it helps.
