1 yr Dr. appt. Need more protein
I do yogurt some but not regularly. I don't have a regular, good cheap source either. Ususally, if I am eating yogurt it is for that 4pm meal which may also be a shake. But I never thought about adding more protein to it. Thanks for that idea.

Hi there!, I wanted to add that taking in more than 40g per dose would be wasting the product. I take in a 30-40g shake in the morning again at noon and then again at night. Since I have a DS it may be different than your needs. My labs come out right in the middle of the chart. So I feel when you take it is as important as how much.
thanks. I think I spread it out pretty good. Adding 1/2 scoop just gets most times up to 30-40, not over.
