Happy Friday Roz!!  I'm going to enjoy my long weekend.  Babysitting DGD#1 tonight and DGD#2 tomorrow night.

We are in the middle of washing our windows and screens.  Finished half of them last night.  I need to do the inside this weekend and wash all the curtains.

I really need to plan better this weekend for next week's food.  I feel like I've been flying by the seat of my pants all week long and not doing really good at night.

Hi Roz & Everyone!

I have worked and had school last couple of days and was too tired to post (although I still track on my phone).

Today:

B: one egg, sausage patty and skim milk (before meal) 19 gms protein
L: 2.5 oz chicken breast with a little light mayo 18 gms protein
D: not sure yet
S: Isopure grape 40 gms protein

So far totals are: calories 554; carbs 14 and protein 77
