HELLO EVERYONE!!!!
Stacy, thank you for posting. I've been following behind you the whole way, as I just passed my 10 month last week. You've been an inspiration, and I certainly agree that 125# is a good weight to be happy with.
I think you work at starbucks, right (I've been super busy lately and a little outta the loop)? I remember when you landed the job. I get so confused when I go to a starbucks... too many choices. I would LOVE to hear some of your suggestions too, I can order with more confidence!
Good luck with those 5 a.m.'s and with the new family adjustments. Keep us posted!

Yes I do work at Starbucks and depending what you like it can be real easy to order.
I always get a skinny vanilla latte... which is skim milk with sugar free syrup and espresso can also be decaf.
All of the drinks there can be made decaf and the majority can be made sugar free. Remember though if it sounds like it is all fluff, normally it is full of sugar and fat. The new seasonal items are NOT sugar free either. Good Luck.

Stacey you certainly have a busy life.
I have been a barista too but didn't get actual training for it, just learned in our small town coffee shop.
I'm glad to see there are other young people like my son and his friends who are not into drinking, drugs and getting into trouble. My 18 yo would love a party like your daughter is having.
Congrats on the weight loss. I too at a year out find it hard to find the right snacks for the day. When you figure out the secret let me in on it too
Thanks for sharing yourself with us

It really is intensive with the training but I am now ready to be on my own.
I was glad when my daughter told me she wanted it, she is a very good girl, very trustworthy and I will miss her dearly when she goes to college.
Thank you on the WL as far as snacks go, I have to try to continue to find something that works for me, at work I will do 2 protein coffees and 1 adkins bar, then whatever I plan for the rest of the day. I do know that the adkins bar helps alot.
