I went to my follow up appt today and got on the scale. Was'nt worrying about my weight becuase that's so far off right now.

anyyyyyyyhoo, I LOST 15 POUNDS IN 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!! I was stunned,floored,happy,asking myself how,really??? This lightweight chick is haaaaaappppppyyyyyyy!! Can't you tell?

Forgot toadd that my ticker says,every 15 poundslost,I'm buying shoes. I did, a pair of slippers. lol

I felt immediate relief when my umbilical cord and my trusty sidekick was removed.lol(drain)

I have been moved to phase 2 and 3 for eating because she said that she know protein drinks and shakes can be boring and she wants me to get more protein from chicken,tuna etc.
