Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Schools started here today.  My DGD's looked so cute in their first day of school outfits.

Mornin!  Back to school started in our area too, although there are still a lot of cities and town delaying it b/c of downed wires and trees that they are still working on from the hurricane.  Still a lot of folks without power around here, and some are told it could be days before they are all back... I can't even imagine!

D: 2 egg omlet with onions and swiss (lots of eggs today!)
S: Shakeology chocolate protein shake (after TurboJam workout!)

I can't imagine either!  I'm glad you aren't one of them!!!

I wish I could eat eggs.  They are such a good protein.

Isn't it funny how we can only eat 3/4 of something now.  I had a 6" Subway last night and I wanted to fini**** so bad (I rarely get Subway) and I knew I had to stop when I had about an 1.5 inches to go or I'd be paying.  When I think how I could have easily downed a 12" before WLS.

I'll get that recipe when I get home today for the 35 second chocolate cake and post it here.  It does have carbs in it.  I'm going to have to be careful with it because I could see where I could get hooked!!  I finally had to give up my mixed nuts because I could just eat so many of them...

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Parmasean Crusted Talapia, Green Beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Salad w/ chicken, walnuts, raspberries, rasp. vineg dressing
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  Zumba

35 Second Chocolate Cake - I got this off the website here somewhere.

2 tbls flour
1 1/2 tsp splenda
2 tsp cocoa
Pinch of instant coffee
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

2 tbls milk (I use Hood Calorie Countdown Milk)
1 tsp olive oil
drop of vanilla flavoring

Spray a cup with pam, mix all the dry ingredients together really well, add the milk, olive oil & vanilla and mix.  Cook in the microwave for 30 - 35 seconds - don't overcook.

Here was the stats with regular milk that was on the recipe when I copied it.
110 Calories
2 Protein
5 Fat
14 Carbs
1 Fiber

Thanks for the recipe!  Sometimes you just need a little chocolate!  Have you tried putting chocolate protein in it?  It might work since you don't cook it very long. 

I bought some individual packages of nuts but I'm going to have to cut them out too.  They don't filll me up so I'm just using them as something to put in my mouth and they seem to make my tummy hurt so they aren't worth it.  For 250 calories I can actually eat something that's going to satisfy me.

Hi Roz! The bus people at school are forgetting to get my girl on at night! Oh the fun of change!!! Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!!

That's crazy...did you flip out on the bus peope?  I probably would have in my younger years.

Good Menu but Remember not to eat and drink!  Washing the calories down with a protein drink is a waste of good calories and protein.

Oh no --- I didn't have the afternoon snack at the same time! I had my dinner the other night then decided to take meds too soon -- not too good coming up!!!
