4 # since Sunday??? How???
I was out of town for work the past 3 days and the scale was down 4 # this morning??? Is it because I ate differently???? Drank more water???
Here's what I ate-

Smokehouse almonds
Venti skinny cin latte from Sbx at the airport w 2 scoops protein
1scallop 2 bites green beans 2 bites mashed potatoes 1/2 side salad w vinegarette

Yogurt
Grilled chicken salad w vinegarette ate about 1/4 the salad and all the chicken
Oh yeah protein bar
1 philly roll & 1 eel roll (1st time eating sushi) 1/2 spinach salad w parm dressing
1 bite mocha creme brulee
Tuesday

Tuna salad
Oh yeah bar
Subway spin salad w grilled chicken & a bit of ranch
Smokehouse almonds
1/2 c milk
About 80 g protein each day and lots of water???
I typically eat 600-700 cals per day and walk for exercise.

Our bodies do strange things to us that way. After losing 3 lbs a MONTH, I lost 2 last week. Haven't changed anything, who knows. Just enjoy it. You may bounce back up, may not. If you do, you will go back down in time. Pretty amazing, isn't it.
