Hi Roz,
Hope your tummy feels better.  It is hot here still.  I went shopping at lunch today and got 2 skirts and 4 shirts for $40.00!!  I still need to stay away from stores for a while.... it is just too much fun now.

Here's the plan today.

Drove chili this morning then had a meeting in Asheville.  Shopped some on my way back home but didn't buy anything.  The only really good deal I found was a pair of 6 cords that were too big so I passed them up.

3 day sleep over with the grand boys I caved to Five Guys ffs today so will be back to day 1 carb abstinance tomorrow. BUT.... I avoide oatmeal,pnut butter and banana,cheese toast,doritos,popcorn,hot dogs,doritos(again), smores!

I consider it a successful day.

I got my bike back today.  I took it in to get new tires, wanted road tires instead of mountain tires, new handlebars, mud fenders and a computer installed.  Now it is perfect!  I got to ride for an hour today in spite of the fact that I have been fighting a cold and sore throat for the last week.
