WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Summer's over......!!!!   I hate the thought of wearing long pants and coats again.  My DD and DH say that fall is their favorite season but I just can't get past the "it's almost winter mentality" long enough to enjoy it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates to see winter coming!   I can't understand how people can live in places that are cold the majority of the year but I also can't understand how anyone can live in the heat either. One week a year in FL is plenty of super hot weather for me.

Sounds like you are still on track!

Did you gain/lose larger amounts before surgery (when your metabolism was good)?

I use to gain by 1/4 or 1/2 pounds and if I lost a pound at WW that was big stuff but most of the others would lose 4-6 pounds, but in one weekend they could gain that too.

`No I never did. WW was just a waste of time for me...couldn't stay on program. the only time I ever successfully lost was on Optifast, liquid protein for 3 months. I lost 80# but as soon as they started me on refeeding, adding back real food,I started gaining,in spite of staying on program.
I always lost in small amounts and gaind in lrger amounts.

We have a lot of open fields around us so we have alot of gnats too.  The bees are also  terrible this year.

Good Menu!!
