Seems like everytime I decide it is ok to stop where I am, I lose again.  So do what you can and forget about what the scale is doing.  It happens on it's own it seems.  Congrat for getting to this point.  It iwll keep happening, i'm sure.

It seems like whenever I was waiting to get into a new decade the weight would stop. Happened when I wanted to get under 200, 190, 180, 170, 160 and so on.
You have lost a lot of weight in a short period of time.  I am sure you will get to your goal in no time (although it won't seem that way while you are doing it).

I am right behind you and it is so lovely to be moving down the scale.....I havent been in the 150's in the past 20 years (my whole adulthood) so congratulations and enjoy!  You deserve it after struggling the past few pounds!!!

WOW!!!  You are not far away from your century mark!!!  Yay!!!

I don't remember which member it was, but somebody had a remark in her signature that read something like "Ditched the scales.  Am measuring by size" and she'd gone from a 28 down to her current whatever it was.  And, even when going by size, we are all so very different and so are the ways that clothes fit.  I don't think it matters, as long as we are going down in BMI, pounds, inches, or sizes!!  LOL

Keep it up Gypsy, and I bet the increased water, exercise and calories had a LOT to do with it!  :-)   Good job.

Hi Ruthie....Thanks for your comments...I am hoping the increased water, exercise and calories was the stall breaker...who knows for sure...but either way it happened I am happy with it!!  Thanks for your supportive comments...
