150's Here I Come.....Finally!!!!

Good Morning Lightweight Friends...

                   After much agonzing over my latest stall, I am elated to report today I am into the 150's!!!!  Yep, 158lbs this morning...Life is good!!!  Now getting there took a bit of determination and encouragement...so thanks to everyone who posted encouraging messages about those last 20lbs....you all helped keep my spirits up!!!!!  Today will be an awesome day!!!  150's here I come...dont stop now!!!!  Have a great day everyone!!!!

Congrats! I know exactly what you mean about stalling. I have been 161..163..161..162..163...lol can't seem to break the 160's..not that I care it is just funny to see the scale go up and down so much! I have reached my goal..surgeons goal is 160.

Thanks southernlady for your message!!  What I did the last couple days was to increase my water and calories....and upped my exercise....I dont know if that did it per say but just happy to see the scale moving in the right direction...downwards!!!!   Hang in there...It will happen for you too!!!!

Unfortunately, due to GB surgery on the 26th of July, my exercise has been severly limited. Not allowed to go back to what I was doing until I'm 6 weeks out...which is a week from today before I can restart.

Maybe once I do, it will kickstart again.

Awww sorry to hear that Liz...wishing you speedy recovery my friend!!!!  You will be good as new and back on track again real soon....Yes I agree probly your weight will kick start again!!!  Hang in there....

Congrats!  Its always a great feeling to break a stall!  You'll be to goal in no time!
