I see Shannon on FB - she's getting ready to go back to school. Haven't seen Rosa - wish she'd come back and let us know how she is.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I wrote to Rosa yesterday morning. Funny to read this post this morning because she was so much in my mind yesterday. Probably because of the huricane. I'll let you know if I hear from her. I'll also try to get ahold of BrowneyedDeeva by email and see if she'll respond.
