S: Fruit De-Lite (made with greek yogurt, fruit, ff cool whip, sf vanilla pudding mix)
D: grilled chicken breast, salad
S: after fitclub workout, Shakeology chocolate protein shake to recover
Cals: 1236 Carbs: 91 (all from fruits and veggies) Protein: 113
