Hi Roz,
DH finished off my box of Pepper Jack Cheez-its.  I knew I should not have bought those!!  They go down so easy.
Here's the plan today:

Good morning everyone.  I drove Chili this morning, cleaned out the tack room then rode Poppy.  My knee is finally better,I guess the joint injection is working, hurray.

Been working on a couch potatoe to 5K.  Got up to 3.3 miles last week but it's been a week since I ran.  Going to run on the treadmill tonight.  Too hot to run outside.
