School has started bumping up my exercise reg..
Well school is starting this week...I have decided to bump up my exercise. With the stress of school will bring on the inevitable carb monster I decided the best thing I can do to fight him is beat him first. So far since Friday I have walked 3 miles a day, gotten my water in and took time to destress. Let's see if I can keep it up when the kids start school. Stress kills but it won't kill me. I was aiming for 2 miles a day this summer skipped a few here and there but I am back on the horse and it feels great.
