"I would still like to see where you are getting this information with the vitamin D levels - toxic over 250-280? are you kidding me? "
Yes, I'm totally kidding you. I pulled those numbers out of my butt... because that's my style.
As I said previously, the 200-250 number (not 250-280) came from the Vitamin D council. It's right here:
http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/what-is-vitamin-d/vitamin-d-toxicity/
They also say:
Based on the non-observation of toxicity at daily intakes of up to 50,000 IU per day, leading to calcidiol levels of more than 600 nmol/L, and the similar effect of supplementation and whole body exposure to one erythemal dose, some researchers argued in 2007 that 250 micrograms/day (10,000 IU) in healthy adults was guaranteed to be safe and can thus be adopted as the tolerable upper limit.[103] Published cases of toxicity involving hypercalcemia in which the vitamin D dose and the 25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels are known all involve an intake of ≥40,000IU (1000 mcg) per day.[100]
I don't usually quote Wikipedia but the studies referenced are reasonable.
Also, according to WedMD, the NIH lists 200 ng/mL as "potentially toxic". Not 150. And only "potentially".
So there are a few sources, including the mainstream one of WedMD and the NIH who all dispute >150 as being toxic and they also suggest that while 200-250 is considered toxic that there actually isn't a lot of evidence to support that and actual toxic levels are probably higher, much higher.
VitaLady frequentlyl posts that toxic levels are more like 800. I don't know where she got that number, but I figured I'd stay with the Vitamin D council and the NIH for what I post to be conservative.

The large range between 25(OH)D’s upper limit [100] and its threshold value implies a degree of safety at serum levels up to 100 ng/mL (250 nmol/L), since concentrations twice this amount have yet to ever be associated with toxicity.
IOW, while 200-250 is listed as the toxic range, no one has ever seen symptoms of toxicity at 200 ng/mL. This is also reported in a Wikipedia article which says:Based on the non-observation of toxicity at daily intakes of up to 50,000 IU per day, leading to calcidiol levels of more than 600 nmol/L, and the similar effect of supplementation and whole body exposure to one erythemal dose, some researchers argued in 2007 that 250 micrograms/day (10,000 IU) in healthy adults was guaranteed to be safe and can thus be adopted as the tolerable upper limit.[103] Published cases of toxicity involving hypercalcemia in which the vitamin D dose and the 25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels are known all involve an intake of ≥40,000IU (1000 mcg) per day.[100]

Thanks for your help.

One cause of fatigue is low Vitamin D.

First off, I would call your PCP and ask about your low Neutrophils and high Lymphs. They aren't off by that much but it can be a sign of infection and your WBC are borderline low. The more important of the numbers it the absolute neutrophyls.
Your B12 is perfect - I wouldnt' touch it. There is no danger in having a high number, just pee out excess but cutting your dose in half, will plummet your number which is not good. Low b12 levels puts you at risk for nerve damage. I Would go with high vs low anytime.
Your vitamin D is very low - go ahead and order the Dry D3 - 50,000 units - take it 2 times per week to start and get retested in 2months to see how you are doing then.
You are missing tons of tests - vitamin A, B1, B6, E, K, copper, zinc, magnesium, selenium, PTH, calcium, folate

I will call and see if she has them because I had them drawn and sent to the Weight Loss Clinic. I can fax them to her. OK, I will keep taking 2 B12 a day. The RN was the person who said cut back to one a day or take 2 every other day. Some of the test had not been completed. I'm not sure when they will be faxed since I did this test at August 1st at Lab Corp (independent lab). I will try to call them to see when the test that say "will follow" may come in. That was the Vit A & E, B1, & K1. I'm not sure if they ordered copper, zinc, magnesium, selenium, & PTH. Calcium was 9.6 and Folate is 19.9. These things are confusing for a newby.
