Hi Roz!!! I love my crockpot and need to get a roast this weekend. Have a mexican type roast recipe to try.

Our roast was delicious!!  I put some of it in the freezer so DH can have a hot roast beef sandwich someday when I'm super busy and can't cook.

I brought some popcorn to work today!  Hopefully it will keep me from getting in the taffy that the girls brought home from vacation.  Last week I popped some here and burnt the whole thing.  What a stinky office we had....LOL

Hi Roz,
I had to run errands at lunch today so I couldn't get on and post.  Glad everyone is ok from the earthquake.
Here's what I've done so far today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Egg salad w/ 2 Wheat Thin Bread crackers
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Grilled ham & cheese sandwich on very thin wheat bread
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  120 ozs
Miles:  Walked 3.2 miles this afternoon - it was really hot!!
