Good Morning Everyone....

Found your weight loss site today...was wondering If I am a Lightweight? I am 5' 3 and weighed 250 lbs when I had my surgery in January 2011....What is classification of a lightweight? I have found some helpful info on this site...Continued success to everyone...Have a great day!!!!

Welcome, Gypsy...no strict definition for a lightweight but commonily it's someone who has a BMI between 35-40 ish or about 100 lbs to lose.

But we don't worry about those definitions, WE LOVE all newcomers.
