Good Morning. Starting the Week Off Right

I have a plan for my day and I intend to stick to it. It starts with positive self-talk that I try to post in my good morning thread. My plan today includes sending a draft of my project to my government rep, walking outside at least 4 times today and doing some leaning push-ups, eating healthy snacks and having a good protein based dinner. What's in your plan today?

Busy day for me
Heading out to Yogalates exercise class at 8:15.
Business meeting with group providing me with new training opportunities after lunch
Client at 6
Visit stepdaughter in hospital at 7:30
Make sure I have all my hurricane supplies in case Irene hits Florida on Wednesday

Getting the youngins' out of the house for school today!!!

Shopping for the last items on my check list,re checking my notebook and forms that the surgeon gave me to see if I missed anything,packing up more clothes to donate for 2mrw,making some phone calls and little more cleaning today.

That is a good plan, Gina.

I'm going to ride Poppy and drive Chili this morning, haircut at 1, paperwor****il leaving for Tryon to see "Buck" the movie.  It is about a horse trainer and was a hit at Sundance.  Just on for 2 nights at a little local theater about 45 min away.  I never go to the Theater but this should be worth it and who knows if Netflic or anyone will pick it up.  I'm way behind on my paperwork so maybe I can start getting caught up.
Food plans:  I bought kale the other day and plan on roasting it for non-hubby meals.  Also bought asperagus so will do that tonight for supper.  We do so much eating from the garden but I'm getting ready for some different veggies.

Just work for me today.  I had a busy weekend and just want some down time this evening.  I'm traveling for work tomorrow and Wednesday.  I'll be going non-stop.

I really need to have a plan or I don't do nearly as good.  Sometimes I don't follow my plan very well.  My best days are when I fix my lunch for the next day the night before and have everything ready to pack up the next morning.

Working today.  I have several things from the board meeting last week I need to get finished today.  We are thinking about going to Savannah for a fall break trip, so I need to look into places for us to stay.  I had an appointment at the hospital to do my physical and TB test for volunteering with Hospice.  Zumba is this afternoon after work.  So a pretty full day planned out.

Getting ready to take my vitamins and run into the shower.  Maybe a 2 hour bike ride and meeting.  Picking up an espresso machine.  My daughter is addicted to Dutch Bros and I am trying to save some money.  Pick up my daughter and take her to cash her check and doctor's.  Hit the vegetable stand.  Grilling dinner tonight.  Maybe other things I don't remember.  I am not a very good planner.
