Help...Questions regarding SF applesauce

I found out the hard way that juice has an incredible amount of sugar in it! Early out I tried it and dumped big time on it..then I looked at the label, like over 20 grams of sugar! Whoa, no wonder..at least you looked before you bought..pretty smart! I can't do liquid sugar at all including juices and milk..one time McDonald's "accidentally" put real sugar in my coffee instead of splenda and I dumped on that big time even though I doubt it had very many grams of sugar..something about it being in liquid form that my body does not do. I found early out that I simply didn't have room for applesauce and juice even if I could tolerate it..too busy drinking to get protein and water in.

I found a juice at Wal-Mart that is a light juice (the name...tropicana) and it has only 2g of sugar per serving.  It could still be diluted with water to make it even easier to swallow and it's only a dollar per half gallon carton.  My husband and daughter love it too and so far I've not dumped on it but I drink VERY little of it.  I'm thinking of trying this with some unflavoured protein powder for a slushie or an ice pop.
