Now I'm mad

I've found there is a great difference between the paperwork people and the medical people.  When I have needed a medical situation answered, I got called back.  When it was paper they were pushing, not so much. 

And yeah, write down the names and be nice.

Don't give up.

I heard a plastic surgeon speak last weekend.  He said that for plastics, insurance companies deny everyone.  They know that at least 50% of the people will never appeal and will just go away.  I thought that was interesting.

Keep on pushing until you're on that table!
