Menus and Miles Thursday Aug. 18th
Day 4 of 5 day pouch test. very tired today havent slept well last couple of nites I have a cat who had decided that the on ly place she can sleep is on my head and I mean LITERALLY on my head. You know how cats esp kittens will pile all up on top of each other? that is how she is wanting to sleep on me. I hate to,but I am thinking I am going to have to put her in the bathroom to sleep.

That's too funny....LOL I love cats but DH and my DGS are extremely allergic to them. My DGD who lives next door has 2 and they love to come and play on my porch and lay in the sun.

B - 2 protein coffees and a regular one-
S - wheat thins (damn Tom bought more!)
L - greek yogurt w/sf white chocolate pudding, blueberries and SF Toriani syrup. Looked real gross but tasted good!
S - a few pistachios
S - cucumbers that soaked in vinegar and onions - yumm - good snack!!
D - 1 1/2 chicken thighs
Vits: yes
WAter: did pretty good - I'm really loving my ice tea this summer

I did really good yesterday avoiding bad carbs. I avoided the Fritos and Cheetos that were laying open on the kitchen table when I got home. I can tell DD is on vacation this week...lots of junk food!
