I foolishly let myself think that I could add carbs like bread, chips, pretzels, etc. into my menus and still maintain my weight!   I think it's because I read menus that include those things and the posters are losing...I have to remind myself that they are still in the honeymoon period when you can eat pretty much anything and still lose.  My honeymoon period is over and it's up to me to make good choices!

The salmon was awesome! Made by Sea Quisine. Yes it is "encrusted" light though, 5 g sugar and 15 carbs. It said 20-25 at 375 degrees -- my oven needed longer -- not done at all in the middle!! I will definitely buy it again. Yum O!
