Vites = nausea

Good day LW's!
The past few days have been a little rough. My vites seem to be making my pouch unhappy. At 1 year out, this confuses me. I have not changed anything. Get the nausea with the chewable or the capsules. Has anyone else experienced this?
Still take pepcid once a day.

Hope you figure it out Maria. I've never had a problem with vites. The only time I felt nausea was when I tried to eat oatmeal for breakfast - made me feel so sick every time. Took me a while to figure out what it was.

Mine seemed to start that after a while too, so I started taking them before bed. I don't notice it then.

Thanks for the support. I have to take vites spaced out throughout the day between the calcium and taking my iron three times a day. Synthroid is always alone first thing in the am.
Hopefully this too shall pass.

Are you taking a PPI? You getting irritation?
