B - 2 protein coffees
B2 - some breakfast egg/sausage/cheese/veggies concoction.  (that really filled me up and it wasn't much)
S - a spoonful of peanut butter and about 10 pistachios - staying out of them today
L - nothing really.  I took my vitamins and now I'm full. 
D - took chicken out for dinner

Vits:  yes
Water:  made a big container if decaf ice tea - yummmm

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I feel like I've lost touch of you.  Did you start working?

Do you have any trouble with eggs?  I loved scrambled and over easy eggs before surgery and I just can't eat them now.  They give me the foamies every single time. Do you have anything that effects you like that?
