the WLS journey is beginning..

i talked to my dr's nurse today since the dr wasn't able to talk with me due to surgical duties today BUT the nurse talked to her for me in between surgeries and she has given me the referral to the dietician/nutritionist ! the journey has now officially begun and i'm on my way to getting to my goal weight



just waiting now for the NUT/dietician office to call me with an appt ...

Hang on tight for a wild and exciting ride!!!  You will do great!  It's exciting and scary when you first decide it's what you want to do...then it seems like forever...then it's time and your life will change forever.  You get a second chance! :)

It sometimes seems the journey takes forever, and other times it is a roller coaster.  Hang on. 

Hang on for the ride of your life. The journey has many twists and turns, but in the end is so worth it.

got the phone call today for my NUT appt... i got in much sooner than i thought i would be able to, my appt is aug.30th !
