Exercise 30 minutes bike riding
Woke up and felt terrible this morning. I hurt all over. Didn't go to water aerobics. Later on I started having severe pain in my stomach. I am 99% sure I have an ulcer. Called the doctor's office and they put me on Prilosec and if it gets worse I am to go in for a EGD. Then this afternoon I rode my bike for 30 minutes and got the worse headache I can remember and felt nauseous so I haven't been able to eat much.
I ordered 20 lbs of unflavored whey isolate because it was only about $100 and it came today. I didn't realize how much 20 lbs was. It should last a long time and I can add it to everything. I didn't taste before hand but I had samples of some of their other flavors and they were pretty good. Fortunately it tastes pretty good and mixes well with things. I added half a scoop to my Crystal Light and couldn't tell it was in there. My protein should be good anyway.
