Thanks Mara! I have never added ice to any of my shakes before and will maybe buy this flavored protein powder...mint choc chip was my favorite ice cream pre surgery. I just have not liked shakes since surgery (homemade ones) so drink protein in coffee, hot cocoa, or RTD ones.

I can never see but 1/2 of my desk, but that is because I make stacks all over my desk and can't ever seem to clear them all the way off - procrastinator!!
Here is the plan for today- hope I can stick to it.
