I live in a senior handicapped building - there are actually 2 buildings.  Not my building but the building next door was infested with bed bugs  last year.  The tenants weren't resposible for getting rid of them, management had the entire building checked with dogs and then sprayed.  You can't just spray one apartment, they travel.  It must be done to the entire building.  So, if you don't get any help anywhere, call the board of health.
