I'll be swinging for Roz and her family.  They have sure been through alot lately.

Well, since it's not even 11 am yet and I just rolled my lazy arse out of bed at 0930 I don't have much on the list.  Will try to update as the day progresses...

Taco Bell Taco Pizza. I give myself a "get out of jail free" card on weekends. lol Tonight will be steak, corn on the cob, fresh tomatoes w/mayo, sauteed mushrooms and hard cider. Monday...back on the straight and narrow.

No  .  A BIG one was the breakfast.  I ate a LOT (I think anyway). 

No protein drinks today.  I'll make up for it tomorrow.  Did good yesterday - does that count?
