I'll start since no one else has.  I drove Poppy this morning then ran errands.  I am all protein it today to see if I can get my bouncing stopped.

Thanks, Price. I was thinking of starting the thread too. I'm sure Roz has her hands full and I hope her DH will give her a little break. lol

I just got back from Richmond for my first board meeting. I have been MIA around here lately but man have I been busy. My eating has taken a turn for the worse because of it too.

B-Protein Coffee
L- Turkey, cheese,lettuce and tomato..(the insides of a wrap)
S-Trenta Passion Fruit tea with lemonade and 3 splendas..( I know not a snack)
D- Chicken...

So my proteins are around 50.. I have been struggling bad..

Not sure where that came from but it showed up on the totals so I added it.  I did have about 1/4c of the veggies from the meat sauce I made with the hamburger for supper so it will go up a little more.  I just want the scale to go back down.  I haven't seen 120 since I posted that I lost 100 lbs.  Damn scale.

Hi Everyone!!  At the Lake today.  So nice... here for the weekend invited by a friend of Toms.  Raining right now, but that's ok.  So relaxing. 

B - 2 protein coffees, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 egg and 1/2 piece of toast (no, not all at the same time)
L - a hot dog (plain, no bun, no condiments)
S - cheese/meat with wheat thins
D - BBQ chicken
S - some adult beverages

Vits:  yes, including iron.  No calcium
Water:  did ok BEFORE the adult beverages

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

L went to a potluck, had the inside of a couple of wraps, some watermelon and some potato salad. 283 calories 24 protein
D baked chicken thigh, baked chicken drumstick, salad with carrots and bleu cheese dressing and a pudding cup with FF Cool Whip 399 calories 25 protein
S Protein smoothie 372 caloires 45 protein
Totals 1329 calories 105 carbs 45 fat 129 protein
