I didn't do well today and I didn't eat 4 oz of ice cream only a few bites, but I just started using this site, so I'm still figuring out adjusting numbers.

I figured out why I have been losing weight. I thought I was eating about 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I decided to track what I've eaten today. About 1000 calories. I added another protein smoothie to bring it up over 1300 but according to myfitnesspal I need to be eating about 1680 calories a day in order to regain 1/2 pound a week. That is going to be harder then I thought. I really felt like I was eating a lot of food.
Today's eats:
B Protein smoothie (354 calories, 45 protein)
L 2 chicken drumsticks and 2 rye krisp crackers (202 calories, 17 protein)
D 1 chicken thigh, 1 chicken drumstick, 2 cups salad with bleu cheese dressing, 1/2 yam with butter, sugar free pudding (418 calories, 27 protein)
S Protein smoothie (370 calories, 43 protein)

1344 calories 107 carbs 40 fat 132 protein
