Nutri Appointment Today

Got there about 5 min. before my appointment...traffic. Anyhoo, we talked for an hour and 50 minutes. We went over time lines,products,respecting the tool,protein companies,vitamins,sf drinks,meetings,phases,dehydration and so much more.

Now, about the protein shots....she said that it is okay to take if the patient likes it because some of her patients cannot tolerate protein drinks and can only take the shots. Yes, some of the shots do contain animal parts. So, thanks to those that schooled me. It is a matter of preference.

Today I recieved....90 count bariatric advantage calcium citrate cherry,2 servings strawberry sorbet unjury,4 packs of asst flav unjury 27g,2 day supply purity multis,protein gem,protein vial,protein twist,optisourcevit and mineral supplement 8count,protein pudding from ofc,building blocks vitamin packs,BA vitamin pacl,fusion samples and B12.

Start my 1000 calorie pre liq diet 2mrw.

3~4 protein drinks and 1 250~350 calorie frozen healthy choice or lean cuisine and sf drinks ,mulivotamin,calcium citrate.

My protein is 15~20 g per serving.

Went to hospital tour and was shown around by the nurse. Was 3 people for thr tour. Nurse went over what takes place all 3 days in the hospital.











Catheter,meds,swab sticks,jp drain removal on last day

unless u have alot of draining.
Talked with 2 patients. They were walking and tired but glad to have the surgery.

Im going to eat some salad and some pineapples tonight. phase 2 for me will start week 2 post op after my 2 week appointment.

We went over alot of info.

Sounds like a good preview and info session. We were so lost in the big hospital here. I wish they'd done something like that for Dr E's patients. You'r ealmost there, babeee!

YEAH!!! I love hearing when they take you and let you speak with patients and show you around. Its a weight off your shoulders!!

sounds great.  It is so good to have all the information they are giving you.  I really apprecaited my group for all the info they gave us.

Thanks all. nutri told me to start my multi and calcium starting 2mrw. Going to the big box stores to get a deal on some of the reg vitamins. Well, popping my eas advant edge in the fridge for day 1 of the liquid and 1 meal pre op diet .yessss!!!



Btw, 4 drinks. ..11 oz,17g @ 4.97.



Going to use the rtd proteins five days a week and the powders when im home. This is gonna be a breeze. Im use to fasting sevral times a year and its basically the same except no meal.

Wow...and I thought I was prepared :) ... It's going to be here before you know it!

Im packing more clothes to get out of the house after surgery this time. Keeping 2 coats out of 12 and they are gone as soon as I see they are too big for me.
