You have gotten some great advice already, but dont forget some of us along the journey will experience stalls. When this happens you really  need to make sure you are getting your protein and fluids in. Also changing up your exercise routine will help too.

Thank you guys sooooo much. I am not tracking so I will start that. The only thing the dr. told me was to make sure I get 100 grams of protein a day and I have been doing that, but after hearing you all I think I need to track I am probaly getting to many carbs. Thanks again
